We installed 3,500sqm of 25-year guaranteed torch-on felt roofing, profile metal cladding, roof domes, and drainage systems on the main station roof, all while the station remained fully operational. Post-contract cleaning services were also provided to ensure a seamless completion of the project.
This extensive three-year re-roofing project at the hospital involved replacing 2,000sqm of 120-year-old slate, intricate detailing on spires and ridges, and restoring bomb-damaged sections with new Westmoreland Random Slates. Despite winter challenges, all work was completed to the highest standards over operational children’s wards, with no disruption. The Estates Manager praised our professionalism and quality.

This project included installing rigid polyurethane insulation and a new plywood deck, followed by 1,000sqm of Rhepanol membrane and 400sqm of recycled rubber paving slabs, ensuring a durable and sustainable roofing solution.
We provided continual reactive and proactive maintenance over a period of some 30 years, this included projects large and small, such as built-up felt roofing, valley liners, Rhepanol single-ply membranes, steel re-roofing and overcladding, vertical cladding and facias , rubberised plygene gutterline systems and in the refurbishment of 22,000sqm of roof at the Stoke plant, to provide high grade warehousing of components for the Ryton plant. We also carried out large scale replacement of 2400sqm of Georgian Wired Northlight glazing with polycarbonate systems.
